The phrase contained
in the banner above

came into my mind/heart one day. I do not remember where I was, or which day it was, it's been with me now for nearly 20 years. I present it here, posted on many pages of this site, in hopes it will serve you the reader in times of trouble. Whether you think of it as a prayer or a MANTRA, it works the same.

I use it at night to calm myself for sleeping, or in times when I must ally some fear, or lay worries to rest. When I am asked to pray for someone, this is the prayer I employ.

I notice that as I chant it silently to myself, that my breathing slows down and the internal thought processes can be regarded dispassionately, and often RECAST, the meaning of the Greek word "metanoia"
