 I've been to Beale Street, now, and played my tunes in the W.C. Handy
Pavillion! Overnight from Louisville, I got to Memphis before much
was open, yet I quickly found the BB King Blues club on Beale
street, the Elvis in Memphis place catty-corner to that...and the
several other bars specializing in the Memphis Blues tradition,
which are not "dolled" up places....I hope to be loading some
black and white photos I took here soon - watch for them. A walk
up to the high banks of the Missippissi gave me pause to gaze upon
"dat ole man River"Actually, I was too tired from the overnight to find the City
Library or to bother paying for the Graceland "show" So, I
recuperated for my next bus jaunt to Atlanta. Might you wanna dance widda
