Rather than assume non-musicians know what NOODLING, a jargon term, means, I'm posting the result of an internet search here. Im sure NOBODY is surprised somebody already owns a domain, so I will let THIS player explain. You may want to JOIN this community! Blues Noodling Now, for a couple of Youtube videos. ONE & TWO John Mayer talks about NOODLING I'm "old school" about it...I LOVED doing it on my old acoustic mahagony Gibson six-string, before I even knew there was a term for it, pejorative as it USED to be...I can listen to Jimi Hendrix do it, with pleasure, but otherwise lots of feedback & fuzztone bores me rapidly. Last, but decidely not least, I remember exactly what I said in 1995 when I heard Jerry Garcia had died in his sleep: THE Noodle KING is dead, long live the NOODLE KING! (Need I explain?) NO Links, there are zillions of videos of "Cap'n TRIPS" at his stratospheric best, AND not so best...all over the internet. Have fun collection the entire series!
